Overview: ITU Grocers is a well-established company headquartered in Addison, Illinois, with a rich history spanning over 19 years. The company started with the CEO Arif Sattar back in 2004 in his garage and has since then grown into our own 17,000 square feet warehouse as of 2022.  We specialize in distributing ethnic products, specifically Pakistani, Indian and Nepali products. Throughout our journey, we have earned a reputation for reliability and excellence in serving the Midwest Region.

Facility: Our spacious facility, spanning over 17,000 square feet, is located in the suburbs of Illinois, in the vibrant city of Addison. This recent expansion underscores our commitment to accommodating a growing demand for our products and further enhancing our services to our valued customers. We have recently as of 2023 added a freezer in addition to our warehouse and are now in the frozen market as well.

Product Portfolio: ITU Grocers is proud to serve as the assigned importers for renowned brands in the Midwest such as Laziza, Pakola, Kaalar (Barkat Rice Mills), Shahi, Mitchell's Fruit Farm, United King, LU Biscuits, Mezan Tea & Ghee, Hemani, Village, KCB Confectionary (New Jersey), Mama G Food & Beverages (Canada), and Sonex Cookware. In addition, we import 12 to 15 mixed containers from Pakistan every year, ensuring a diverse and high-quality product range.

Market Reach: Presently, we serve a diverse customer base, comprising over 250 retail stores across multiple states, including Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Kansas City, Tennessee, Iowa, and, of course, our home state of Illinois. Our clientele mainly includes Pakistani, Indian, Nepalese, Burmese, and Middle Eastern stores. We have established an efficient supply chain management system, guaranteeing prompt and timely deliveries for all distribution and supply orders.
